We work with many wineries on the Central Coast, whether it be for VIP wine pairing dinners, Pick Up Parties, Harvest Celebrations, or Wine Club BBQ’s. Since each wine has its own unique characteristics, we don’t have any set menus for our wine events. Instead, we send our chef out to your winery to taste the wines and create a unique menu to marry our food to your wine. This marriage will be sure to give your guests' taste palette an experience to remember.
Since we cannot construct the pairings until the wine is chosen, below are some sample pairing menus we have done in the past.
